Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Senior Program Manager Clinical to lead administrative and operational tasks within the Social Programs team. You will ensure compliance, updates, and contract adherence while coordinating with providers and community partners to deliver member-centered services.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Requires LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD or similar by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Requires at least 2 years prior relevant experience working with Medi-Cal.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational organization for Social Programs benefits and services, ensuring contract adherence.
• Oversee compliance and updates related to Social Programs, aligning with member-centered services.
• Collaborate with provider groups, community resources, and agencies.
• Manage multiple projects/deliverables and track progress with strong analytical and communication skills.
