Job summary

Isomorphic Labs is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Clinical Program Management to lead transitions from pre-IND to clinical trial execution. You will guide cross-functional teams globally, manage timelines, risks, budgets and vendor partnerships with a data-driven, AI-enabled approach to improve trial success.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to coordinate across clinical, preclinical, AI/ML and data science teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing clinical programs from IND through late-stage development.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Highly organized with experience managing large budgets and interdependent timelines using PM tools.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing timelines and priorities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate interdisciplinary teams and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own integrated project plans aligning clinical objectives with company goals.
• Serve as central point of contact for cross-functional clinical trial team.
• Lead project team meetings and ensure effective information sharing and documentation.
• Collaborate with preclinical, AI/ML and data science teams to increase speed and scale.
• Oversee external vendors, CROs, partners with budgets and timelines.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on trial execution and portfolio status.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues impacting deliverables, timelines and budgets.
