Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Clinical Program Manager who provides counsel to top management on Medicare clinical program matters, coordinating across organizations. This role acts as a trusted client advisor and SME for multiple clinical applications and projects, ensuring timely delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

You will support CAE/IPMs, CBA, and product owners, oversee timelines, and contribute to training sessions while leveraging your PBM and managed care expertise in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Current U.S. Pharmacist License and Pharm.D. designation.
• Minimum of 3 years licensure experience preferred in managed care or PBM.
• Knowledge of PBM industry/Managed care/Value Based healthcare is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as business owner for Medicare operational and benefit changes.
• Capture and document clinical benefit requirements with stakeholders.
• Provide SME support to CAE/IPMs, CBA, DCRS, FRS, CRS, Criteria teams.
• Manage and track requests to meet timelines.
• Develop and present project plans and delivery for each client.
• Participate in formal and informal training and professional development activities.
