Job summary

HireTalent is recruiting a Clinical Program Senior Advisor, Academic Detailing, to advance provider engagement initiatives by analyzing pharmacy claims and prescribing patterns. You will communicate evidence-based prescribing opportunities to healthcare providers and support client objectives.

This role requires a pharmacist license, 3+ years in PBM/managed care or clinical pharmacy, and strong analytical skills to drive cost-effective medication utilization.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of PBM, managed care, clinical pharmacy, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience with provider engagement or academic detailing.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy claims, utilization management, and prescribing analytics.
• Experience educating providers on formulary and medication management strategies.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct provider engagement and academic detailing activities.
• Analyze pharmacy claims, prescribing trends, and clinical data.
• Educate providers on formulary strategies and generic utilization.
• Identify opportunities for clinical and financial improvement.
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor program performance.
• Collaborate with clients, account teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deliver evidence-based clinical recommendations to prescribers.
• Document provider interactions and intervention outcomes.
• Measure and communicate clinical and financial results.
• Support training and knowledge-sharing within the department.
