Job summary

Centessa Pharmaceuticals, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company, in collaboration with Lilly, seeks a Senior Advisor, Clinical Pharmacology to lead PK/PD modeling and translate data into clinical decisions for early and mid-stage development.

The role focuses on nonclinical-to-clinical translation, dose justification, and cross-functional collaboration across DMPK, translational sciences, clinical development, and bioanalysis.

Qualifications

• PhD or PharmD in Clinical Pharmacology or closely related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience in clinical pharmacology/pharmacometrics.
• Knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICh guidance for clinical pharmacology.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacology and PK/PD input to project teams for dose/population/study design.
• Perform NCA and population PK analyses for Phase 1–2 studies.
• Develop exposure–response and PK/PD analyses and PBPK models.
• Integrate nonclinical PK/PD, in vitro ADME data, and biomarker data to support human PK projections.
• Draft PK/PD sections of development plans, protocols, and regulatory documents.
• Collaborate across DMPK, translational sciences, clinical development, and regulatory affairs.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of CRO/vendor deliverables and peer review.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders and contribute to publications.
