Job summary

Centessa Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Director, Translational Pharmacokinetics – DMPK to lead PK/PD modeling efforts for early-stage programs. You will design PBPK models, integrate diverse datasets, and support FIH dose projections in collaboration with cross-functional teams across development pathways.

The role emphasizes regulatory interactions, data-driven decision making, and scientific leadership to optimize dosing strategies and support IND submissions.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, or equivalent advanced scientific degree.
• 12+ years of industry experience in PBPK/PKPD modeling and FIH dose projections.
• Proven track record supporting IND-enabling programs and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PBPK models to represent drug behavior in biological systems.
• Develop and evolve PKPD models using nonclinical and clinical data.
• Support FIH dose projections for candidates progressing to the clinic.
