Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in Georgia and active practice.
• Experience leading teams and training staff is preferred.
• Understanding of drug therapy management and MTM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including medication initiation, selection, dosing, monitoring, and adherence counseling.
• Lead and influence colleagues, provide training materials and in-services for staff and clinicians.
• Ensure formulary compliance and participate in implementing new services and care protocols.
• Maintain quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in all activities.
