The role oversees pharmacists and technicians, collaborates with physicians, drives quality improvement, and mentors staff while maintaining safety, accuracy, and accountability across all pharmacy activities.

Qualifikationen

• PharmD required and Tennessee license in good standing.
• PGY-1 or PGY-2 residency strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience, including at least 3 years in a clinical or health-system setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to collaborate with clinicians and staff.

• Oversee clinical pharmacy operations including review, preparation, compounding, and dispensing.
• Provide clinical drug therapy consultations to providers and patients.
• Lead development and implementation of clinical protocols and therapeutic guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards (USP, CMS).
