Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or health-related field.
• 3 years experience in healthcare performance improvement/quality/patient safety.
• Experience interacting with staff, leaders, physicians, patients and families.
• Experienced with designing and managing data collection as well as analyzing, interpreting and presenting clinical quality-related data.
• Previous case review experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead department and system performance improvement initiatives and projects.
• Provide daily work direction to support staff to achieve quality and safety goals.
• Develop and maintain PI activities and Yellow Belt Workshops and other educational offerings as appropriate.
• Reinforce Lean Six Sigma Principles through on-going educational offerings.
• Coordinate performance improvement activities with medical staff and leadership.
