Job summary

Maze Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Clinical Operations to drive portfolio-level project management and strategic initiatives across early and late stage trials. You will partner with Study Leads, Oversight Directors, and cross‑functional teams to enable efficient, high‑quality trial execution.

You will help establish scalable operational infrastructure, implement new technologies, and support initiatives that enhance process excellence and collaboration across Clinical

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of Clinical Project Management or 8+ years in Clinical Operations with 6+ years in PM.
• Experience facilitating governance meetings, driving action items, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Smartsheet, MS Project) and clinical systems (CTMS, eTMF, EDC).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project management activities across multiple Phase 1, pharmacology, Phase 2 and 3 studies.
• Develop integrated project plans, timelines, risk registers, and action trackers for study execution.
• Lead Study Execution Team meetings and governance events; report progress to leadership.
• Advance operational excellence by standardizing tools, templates and processes.
