Job summary

Maze Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Clinical Operations to drive operational excellence across our clinical portfolio, coordinating complex studies from early to late stages.

You will partner with study leads, Oversight Directors, and cross-functional teams to implement scalable processes, strategic initiatives, and innovative technologies that enable high-quality trial execution across development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• 6-8+ years of Clinical Project Management within biotech or related field.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects across multiple clinical studies or development programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities across Phase 1 to Phase 3 studies, ensuring timelines and deliverables are aligned.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, risk registers, and action trackers for efficient study execution.
• Facilitate governance meetings, document decisions, and drive accountability for follow-up actions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, Study Leads, and Oversight Directors to strengthen planning and execution.
