Responsabilidades

• Advocates for patient-centered care and develops individualized age-specific plans.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to advance patient plans of care.
• Pursues continuing education and specialty certification when eligible.
• Shares knowledge with team members and educates patients and families.
• Demonstrates critical thinking by applying nursing knowledge to care decisions.
• Delegates and supervises delegated interventions to implement the care plan.
• Engages in policy and quality improvement activities to enhance nursing practice.
