We are seeking a talented Senior Clinical Nurse I Ortho Service Line Coordinator to join our team at UMMC.

Job Summary:

The Service Line Coordinator is a professional leader who combines leadership and bedside nursing. Responsibilities include assessing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of safe and effective patient care. The Coordinator works with the Nurse Manager to mentor and evaluate staff, facilitates professional growth, and ensures adequate OR resources by collaborating with the Nurse Manager. The Coordinator may assume Nurse Manager duties in her/his absence and holds team members accountable by ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
