Qualifications

• RN license in Texas; must obtain permanent Texas license within 60 days if establishing Texas residency
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an Associate’s degree with additional nursing experience required
• Three years of nursing experience with one year in specialty preferred

• Lead department clinical activities and coordinate department education in partnership with management
• Assess department needs related to practice and improvement opportunities
