Job summary

iMind Health, LLC in Lanham, MD is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health program. You will supervise a team of clinicians, maintain a reduced caseload, and own the agency's referral pathway into MTS and PRP, ensuring high-quality care.

The role blends leadership with hands-on clinical work, including mentoring staff, coordinating care with families and schools, and driving program growth. A Maryland license and 3+ years of clinical leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Maryland clinical license (LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Maryland's Public Behavioral Health System, Medicaid, COMAR, and clinical documentation requirements.
• Working knowledge of MTS and PRP eligibility and medical necessity criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of up to 10 child and adolescent clinicians and support staff, including weekly supervision and clinical sign-off on notes and treatment plans.
• Maintain a reduced clinical caseload of approximately 15–20 billable hours per week, providing assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy.
• Monitor clinical productivity, documentation, compliance, and quality of care for the team.
• Serve as the agency's single point of contact for referrals to Mobile Treatment Services (MTS) and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs (PRP) agency-wide, for youth and adult clients, screening each referral for eligibility and tracking it through to the first service.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, pediatricians, psychiatry, and community partners.
• Support staff development, performance evaluations, and continuous quality improvement.
• Work with leadership to strengthen service delivery, increase referrals, and grow the program.
