Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years experience in Clinical Laboratory setting required.
• Certification/license options listed: MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), MT(AMT), MT(AAB), CLS(NCA), MT(HEW), CLT(NCA), MLT(ASCP), or MLT(AMT); waiver for 10 years of lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderate and high complexity testing independently.
• Analyzes results and ensures accuracy of test results.
• Manages quality control and quality assurance activities.
• Oversees preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of instruments.
• Leads projects with planning, resources, schedules, and progress updates.
