Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate daily production, instrument, or test issues to management.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and organize materials; ensure PPE handling and logs.
• Perform high-/mid-complexity and routine tests; sign off LIS results.
• Mentor staff, train new employees, and monitor performance for compliance.
