Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to oversee study-level activities, including maintenance, data lock, closeout, document flow reviews and budget oversight.

You will serve as the single point of contact for study teams and CLS TPOs, track safety, biomarkers, PK, ADA samples, imaging, and related queries, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely data delivery and adherence to CLS processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of Clinical Industry experience.
• 3+ years of Clinical Research Assistant/Coordinator experience.
• Prior experience in pharma, diagnostics or CRO environment.
• Experience in clinical research or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organization.
• US-based contractor.

Responsibilities

• Perform study-level project management, including maintenance, data lock and closeout, document flow review and approvals, and budget management
• Serve as the single point of contact for study teams and CLS TPOs
• Track safety, biomarker, PK, and ADA samples, as well as imaging and connected devices
• Track and manage queries
• Collaborate with internal business partners regarding CLS processes and business operations
• Collaborate with business partners and TPOs to ensure data delivery
• Focus on specific tasks and deliverables during study maintenance and closeout
• Represent CLS to study teams and TPOs throughout study maintenance and closeout
• Not be trained on study startup activities
