Job summary

City of Hope in California is seeking an experienced Program Management Office leader to synchronize cross-functional strategy across systems, clinical integration, and operations.

You will guide governance, risk, and execution plans, mentor teams, and build scalable templates and playbooks to accelerate large transformational initiatives. Applicants should have 8–10 years of project leadership and PMO experience; healthcare background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for consideration.
• 8–10 years of experience leading projects or PMO.
• MBA/MPH/MHA preferred for advanced roles.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities
