Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Senior Clinical Informatics Analyst in Reno, NV. You will partner with hospital leadership to design, build, and optimize EHR workflows across lab, radiology, revenue cycle, and order management to improve care delivery and financial performance.

You will lead discovery, current-state analysis, future-state design, build documentation, and go-live adoption, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with vendors to ensure interoperable clinical

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in health informatics or related field; masters preferred.
5+ years in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or related roles.
Proven ability to engage physicians and executives in advisory capacity.
Hands-on experience building EHR workflows across Cerner/Oracle Health, Epic, Meditech.
Led workflow initiatives from discovery to go-live with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead executive discovery and priority setting with hospital leadership.
Design and build optimized EHR workflows focusing on order entry and documentation.
Own full clinical workflow lifecycle from current-state to go-live.
Coordinate across LIS, RIS/PACS, and revenue cycle integration.
Mentor informatics staff and coordinate with vendor teams.
Maintain HIPAA, interoperability standards awareness.
