Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in health informatics with advanced knowledge of Oracle Health products.
• Proven ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Experience in change management within healthcare environments.
• Ability to identify trends and drive improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enhance clinical user experience by evaluating current state opportunities and preparations for deployments.
• Develop scalable data insights on technology use and optimization opportunities across configurations and processes.
• Monitor and prepare health systems for future product development across clinical, ancillary, and AI capabilities.
• Facilitate value measurement and outcomes across clinician experience and quality metrics.
• Lead clinical AI agent projects and support organizational change management conversations.
