Job summary

Oracle seeks a Physician Executive, EHR Strategy & Customer Engagement, to lead clinical modernization of Oracle Health’s EHR ecosystem. You will shape strategy, engage senior health system stakeholders, and drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and user experience.

The role requires 70% travel and excellent executive presence, with a track record in healthcare technology transformation and cross-functional influence to move complex initiatives across product,

Qualifications

• MD or DO with 10+ years of clinical practice in the United States, including experience with Cerner or Oracle Health EHR platforms.
• Experience leading or supporting clinical adoption and optimization of health IT, EHR platforms, or digitally enabled care models.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute modernization strategies and roadmaps for Oracle Health’s cloud-native, AI-enabled EHR ecosystem.
• Serve as a trusted clinical advisor on AI-enabled EHR and Autonomous AI Agents to improve clinician efficiency, patient engagement, and care delivery.
• Lead executive-level discussions aligning clinical, operational, and financial priorities with Oracle Health’s strategic vision.
• Build trusted relationships across stakeholders to accelerate decision-making in a matrixed environment.
• Translate customer engagements, market trends, and competitive intelligence into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Guide workflow redesign and adoption strategies to enable an agent-assisted, tech-enabled model of care delivery.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, consulting, sales, and customer success to infuse clinical perspective into enterprise strategy.
