Job summary

IU Health seeks an Analyst-Clinical Informatics III to bridge clinicians, IT, and leadership, turning data into actionable insights that improve patient care and safety. You will optimize EHR workflows, lead data-driven improvement initiatives, and educate clinical teams to drive adoption and performance.

The role requires 4–7 years in Clinical Informatics or HIT, plus clinical experience, and active Indiana licensure with Epic tools certification. Travel across IU Health is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
• Requires 4-7 years of Clinical Informatics or Health Information Technology experience; ideally a superuser.
• Requires 3-5 years of clinical experience.
• Certification/accreditation in Epic Clinical Decision Tools.
• Requires travel across the IU Health system for projects, onsite meetings, or as requested.
• Current/active state of Indiana license as a Health Care Professional required.
• Informatics certification (ANCC, HIMSS-CPHIMS, CAHIMS) is required.
