Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Senior Clinical Consultant, MI - I to mentor Clinical Consultants and lead clinical project activities within Synapse PACS/MI projects. You will provide on-site and remote education to physicians, IT/Clinical staff, and other key operators, ensuring proper product operation and customer satisfaction.

The role includes remote or on-site training, end-to-end testing, and go-live support, while collaborating with Sales, Field Service, and Engineering

Qualifications

5-10 years progressive experience in medical technology, PACS administration or healthcare industry.
Required experience with FUJIFILM Medical System products (SYNAPSE, PACS, CV, etc.).
Registered RDCS or related credential preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead project consulting for customers and company personnel.
Coordinate training events at HCUS customer sites.
Provide feedback to Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Engineering and Product management on equipment issues.
Assess customer comprehension to tailor on-site training and optimize product operation.
Provide ongoing support to resolve application and image quality concerns for product and system levels.
Mentor MI-I and II clinical consultants and support TAC operations.
