Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Senior Clinical Consultant, MI-I to mentor Clinical Consultants and lead MI Synapse projects with clinical expertise in workflow analysis and testing.

You will train physicians, IT staff, technologists, and other operators onsite or remotely, ensuring optimal product operation and customer satisfaction while supporting sales and professional services revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, computer science, PACS administration or healthcare industry; experience in cardiology or radiology preferred.
• Registered CV or RDCS credentials are preferred.
• Experience with FUJIFILM Medical System products (SYNAPSE, PACS, RIS, CV, Digital Radiography, Ultrasound and Digital Mammography) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project consulting for customers and internal teams, coordinating training events on-site or remotely.
• Provide feedback to Sales, Field Service, Marketing and Engineering on equipment issues and customer concerns.
• Conduct workflow analyses, end-to-end testing, and go-live support for Synapse PACS/MI projects.
