Qualifications

• Must have industry or senior academic experience in clinical development for oncology.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical medicine experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in drug development or biomedical research.
• Proven track record in overseeing clinical studies and publication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct clinical research activities for hematology oncology medicines.
• Develop development strategies and plan trials in collaboration with teams.
• Provide medical oversight and conduct on-going or new trials for investigational or marketed drugs.
• Analyze clinical findings to inform safety, efficacy, and regulatory decisions.
• Collaborate with external researchers and manage cross-functional study teams.
