WHO ARE YOU?

The Senior Clinical Director is a key leadership role within this school setting. You will collaborate with education and clinical experts to develop and enhance programs tailored to the needs of this student population. The ideal candidate will have expertise in applying behavior analytic principles to address learning difficulties and problem behaviors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mentor and supervise Behavior Specialists/BCBAs
  • Oversee functional behavior assessments, behavior support plans, and classroom interventions
  • Develop and deliver staff training and provide ongoing clinical support
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, individualized implementation of evidence-based practices
  • Participate in school leadership to guide systems change and capacity building
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee operational aspects of the school

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Doctoral degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education, or related field preferred; master’s degree required
  • Certification as a BCBA or BCBA-D
  • At least 5 years of experience providing behavioral services to individuals with autism, brain injury, or neurodevelopmental disabilities
  • Effective supervision, team building, problem solving, and staff training skills
