Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical billing or collections experience.
• Experience with complex E/M denials and surgical procedures.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 and payer guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review coding denials for complex procedures and prepare appeals.
• Contact payers to resolve reimbursement discrepancies.
• Identify denial trends and provide feedback to leadership.
• Ensure accuracy of payments and adjust as needed.
