Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 8+ years engineering experience with hardware/software products.
• 5+ years systems engineering, requirements, or architecture.
• Experience integrating hardware and software systems.
• Knowledge of clinical diagnostic imaging workflows is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems engineering for new product development.
• Collaborate with clinical, service, manufacturing, regulatory, and engineering teams.
• Translate user and clinical needs into system requirements and specs.
• Drive system architecture, decomposition, and interface definition.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and drive resolutions.
• Lead global system integration activities across distributed teams.
• Define and support system verification and validation strategies.
• Perform system safety and risk analyses for regulatory compliance.
• Champion technical excellence and clinical value.
