Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr Data Scientist, Clinical Intelligence to translate healthcare data into actionable insights across multiple clinical data assets. You will work with EHR, encounter, and care-delivery data to develop performance measures and analytical frameworks.

The role involves building cohorts, validating analyses, and collaborating with enterprise analytics teams. Strong SQL and experience with Epic/Caboodle/Cogito tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (R, Python, SAS).
• Experience analyzing EHR, clinical, encounter, or lab data.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced training in biostatistics, epidemiology, or health data science is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate EHR, encounter, and care-delivery data into meaningful performance measures.
• Develop and maintain analytic frameworks, metrics, and dashboards.
• Build and validate cohorts using clinical data elements and encounter data.
• Collaborate with BI engineers to operationalize validated measures in reporting products.
• Ensure compliance with patient privacy and governance requirements.
