CVS Health is seeking a Sr Data Scientist for Clinical Intelligence to translate EHR and care-delivery data into meaningful performance measures. The role spans Oak Street Health, MinuteClinic/Retail Health, Signify Health, and enterprise clinical data assets.

You will build cohorts, validate analytics, and collaborate with clinicians and engineers to deliver governed reporting products while upholding privacy and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of healthcare data science or related field experience.
• Experience analyzing EHR, encounter, clinical, or lab data.
• Proficiency in SQL and working proficiency in R, Python, or SAS.
• Experience developing clinical measures, dashboards, datasets, or cohorts.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and EHR-derived measures.
• Strong documentation and analytic-quality practices.
• Ability to collaborate with clinicians, informaticists, and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Translate Healthcare data into clinically meaningful performance measures.
• Develop analytics frameworks, metrics, and dashboards for quality care.
• Build and validate patient cohorts using diverse clinical data elements.
• Work with Epic analytic assets and appropriate data sources for analysis and reporting.
• Ensure measures reflect actual clinical events and workflows.
• Analyze care across ambulatory, virtual, retail, and value-based settings.
• Collaborate to operationalize validated datasets into reporting products.
• Adhere to patient privacy and governance requirements.
