Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Principal Data Manager to lead the data management strategy for our clinical development programs. You will oversee start-up and execution of trials, partner with CROs or in-house teams, and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance to support publications and submissions.

You will act as the Lead CDM, manage vendor relationships, drive data integration across data platforms, and contribute to the development of data management standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CDASH/SDTM standard terminology.
• Understanding of ICH GCP guidelines.
• Experience leading data management teams on outsourced studies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for data management deliverables in a clinical program.
• Lead CDM to oversee CROs and third-party vendors for trial execution.
• Manage data management deliverables for internal or CRO-sourced studies.
• Coordinate data system integrations across platforms.
• Review data outputs and file in the Trial Master Plan.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve data issues.
• Develop data management documents (DMPs, SDTM/CDASH specs, data transfer agreements).
• Lead cross-functional trials teams and plan database locks.
• Provide guidance on SOPs and study protocols from a data perspective.
