Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Data Manager to lead data management activities across studies from start-up through database lock. You will collaborate with study teams, clean data, and manage queries to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will support DM documentation, UAT, and data transfers while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with vendors as needed. A strong background in oncology is preferred and cross-functional teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical data management in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Ability to work in cross-functional team-oriented environments.
• Understanding of ICH regulations and the regulatory environment as it pertains to data management.
• Strong project management skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports study lead data managers and drives data management activities from start-up to database lock.
• Performs data cleaning and reconciliation activities per DM documents.
• Manages queries on assigned clinical studies and generates study reports.
• Supports external data reconciliation and SAE reconciliation.
• Ensures lab data review and reconciliation where applicable.
• Contributes to DM documentation (DM Plans, eCRF Completion Guidelines).
• Participates in UAT for clinical database builds and data transfers.
• May lead Phase I–II studies under supervision and mentor other team members.
