The ideal candidate will have healthcare data experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work within defined SOPs and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with clinical data entry and healthcare workflows preferred.
• Ability to interpret clinical documentation and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret clinical docs to extract relevant findings per guidelines.
• Translate extractions into structured data fields in the InCircle app.
• Apply medical knowledge to ensure precise data capture.
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency across data entry tasks.
• Monitor physician reviews and ensure timely completion.
