• Manage customer expectations and participate in department meetings.
• Develop and deploy integrated employee communications materials for all campuses and partner locations.
• Create and manage communications tools, including newsletters and websites.
• Write articles, literature, and bios supporting strategic plans.
• Cascade product line messages system-wide and educate employees on initiatives.
• Coordinate with freelancers and vendors to execute projects.
