Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a Senior Clinical Operations Analyst to turn clinical and operational data into actionable recommendations. You will work with Clinical Operations, Quality, Workforce Management, and Technology to frame questions, evaluate performance, and provide evidence-based guidance.

The role focuses on building dashboards, standardizing metrics, and delivering actionable insights to reduce nurse burnout and improve patient care.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, statistics, healthcare administration, or related field (required).
3+ years in healthcare analytics, clinical operations, quality improvement, BI or related analytics role preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power Query experience a plus.
Strong foundation in descriptive, trend, variance analyses and performance measurement.
Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain clinical quality and operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Define metrics, data sources, and calculation methods for consistent performance measurement.
Analyze call volume, response times, service levels, staffing, and outcomes to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Frame hypotheses and test using trend, segmentation, and regression analyses.
Build Excel-based models to support forecasting, capacity planning, and staffing decisions.
Prepare executive summaries and actionable recommendations for leaders.
