Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited school.
• Five years of nursing experience, including two in a specialty.
• RN licensure in Texas (PSV compact) with permanent license within 60 days; BLS required.

• Assess department needs and opportunities for practice improvement.
• Coach and mentor staff in clinical and professional practice.
