Job summary

Cone Health is seeking a Practice Leader III in Greensboro, NC to manage administrative and clinical staff, oversee onboarding, and drive performance improvements in daily operations.

Under limited supervision, you will address performance issues, develop action plans, and ensure staff have resources for a high-quality patient experience. Relevant MGMA/PPMC certifications and EPIC experience are required or strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years proven medical practice experience with formal team leadership.
• Proficiency in EPIC CAD/Prelude and strong customer service in healthcare.
• Without a degree, 6 years of medical practice experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manages administrative and clinical staff; hires and terminates as needed.
• Reviews timekeeping, conducts evaluations, and supports staff development.
• Oversees onboarding and competency checkoffs for all staff.
• Enforces Steps of Service to ensure patient satisfaction and clinic reputation.
• Provides resources and support for workflows, supplies, and operations.
• Measures performance improvements to enhance clinic efficiency and patient care.
