Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience delivering high-touch customer service
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate situations
• Tech-savvy and comfortable multitasking across platforms
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or customer service

Responsibilities

• Support patient questions and communications via phone and email
• Perform daily and weekly administrative tasks
• Check-in/check-out and schedule follow-ups
• Handle payments and schedule patients
• Verify insurance and appointments
• Collaborate with other departments via Slack/email
• Manage inventory and clinic supplies
• Report clinic stats at end of shift and weekly
• Other tasks as assigned
