Job summary

Navarro Regional in Corsicana, TX seeks Clinic Manager III - Primary Care to lead operations across multiple clinics, oversee staff, budgets, scheduling, and physician partnerships.

You will drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize patient access and financial performance, and mentor clinical and administrative teams. This is an onsite, full-time leadership role with a strong focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Minimum 4+ years of direct experience in a clinic/healthcare leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations across assigned sites, ensuring efficient patient flow and quality care.
• Partners with physicians and clinical leaders to optimize patient access, scheduling, and care coordination.
• Monitors financial reports, including billing and payer trends, and implements corrective actions.
• Ensures HIPAA and OSHA compliance and maintains accurate documentation.
• Develops and enforces clinic policies to align with organizational goals.
• Oversees revenue cycle processes and staff training to improve service delivery.
