Navarro Regional is seeking a Clinic Manager - Primary Care in Corsicana, TX. The role leads multiple clinic sites, manages staff and budgets, and partners with physicians to optimize patient access and care delivery.

Responsibilities include ensuring HIPAA/compliance, improving workflows, and overseeing revenue cycle processes. This onsite position requires strong leadership and strategic planning to drive service excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required or four+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's
• Master's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in a closely related field with Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily clinic operations across assigned sites, ensuring efficient patient flow and quality care.
• Partners with physicians and clinical leaders to develop operational processes improving access and scheduling.
• Manages finances: accounts receivable, billing accuracy, and payer reimbursement trends.
