Job summary

Ascension DePaul Services seeks an Operations Manager II to lead day-to-day operations across designated clinic sites in the Baton Rouge area. You will report to the Vice President of Clinic Operations and manage a team to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes staff development, workflow optimization, and collaboration with Executive Leadership to advance organizational goals and service delivery in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Healthcare Management.
• Four years of managing clinic operations in a healthcare setting, in lieu of the degree.
• Experience in community health centers or Federally Qualified Health Centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs day to day operations of designated Clinic site(s) and special projects.
• Manages systems to ensure quality care, safety, regulatory compliance and patient satisfaction.
• Supervise 8-14 providers and up to sixty total support associates.
• Collaborates with Executive Leadership to achieve organizational goals and service improvement.
• Assists with planning, evaluating, and marketing services; manages staffing and payroll for direct reports.
