Job summary

Rancho Health MSO, Inc. is seeking a Group Operations Leader in Temecula, CA to oversee the clinic network, 14 primary care clinics and ~60 providers.

This senior role carries P&L accountability and strategic oversight of operational performance, financial outcomes, and leadership development across the network. You will partner with executive leadership to drive value-based care initiatives, improve provider productivity, and ensure high-quality patient-centered care across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead Operations Managers and oversee the performance of Office Managers and clinic staff.
• Establish operational standards and ensure consistent execution across all clinic locations.
• Maintain full operational P&L accountability for assigned clinic operations.
• Monitor financial performance including revenue and visit volumes, provider productivity, value-based performance, and expenses.
• Identify operational opportunities to improve financial performance while maintaining quality of care.
• Partner with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Own the performance management framework for clinics, including KPIs and scorecards.
• Present clinic performance updates and improvement plans to executive leadership.
• Lead initiatives to improve provider experience, clinical workflow, and productivity.
• Facilitate communication between operational teams and clinical leadership.
