Base pay range

$67,500.00/yr - $97,500.00/yr

Contact Government Services is seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to support our team.

The Senior Client Success Representative requires knowledge of general business practices, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and a proven ability to understand and execute program initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting the Client Success department with identifying new opportunities, recruitment for new contract acquisition, assisting with existing client support tasks, and providing support to the Director level of the department. The role may involve candidate sourcing, security process management, and coordinating program kickoffs and sustainment activities. Collaboration with the Business Development department to identify and secure new bid opportunities is also essential. The position may include proposal support and operational project execution as a billable resource. This role serves as a direct support to the Director level of the Client Success team.

Job duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain the CRM by updating opportunity cards, assisting with pricing, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and submitting qualified candidates against requisitions.
  • Review and prepare candidate presentations for submission to clients.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring pre-screens, interviews, security checks, and placements are completed successfully.
  • Update and enhance CGS Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Create and maintain core documentation and systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of government contracting.
  • Support client relationships, communications, and growth initiatives.
  • Create organic growth with existing clients.
  • Participate in deal crafting and business strategy, including pricing and contract terms.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients from successful bids.
  • Support the Business Development team with pricing, market research, technical writing, and sourcing key personnel throughout the business development lifecycle.
