Dispatch is seeking a senior Client Success Manager to own a focused book of high-value wealthtech clients, guiding implementations, driving adoption, and ensuring customers realize the value of Dispatch.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Support, and Sales to diagnose issues, keep projects moving, and position renewals and expansions with strong account context. This role requires deep client understanding and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client-facing post-sale roles at B2B technology companies.
• 5+ years as primary owner of enterprise client relationships.
• Experience owning complex, high-value enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implementation delivery from kickoff through launch with cross-functional coordination.
• Drive adoption and value realization, track usage and renewals.
• Develop product and business expertise to advise clients and explain tradeoffs.
