Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

About The Role

As a Senior Client Success Manager, you'll lead the onboarding and relationship management of our growing list of credit union partners for their Medicare partnership. You'll serve as the primary project lead ensuring successful launch, execution, and engagement between Silvur and our partner institutions. This role is critical in ensuring Silvur's Medicare solutions feel like an extension of the credit union brand and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation process for new credit union partners as we launch Medicare with them—from kickoff to full program deployment
  • Coordinate project timelines, training delivery, and onboarding documentation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for credit union stakeholders including marketing, operations, and executive sponsors
  • Collaborate closely with local Silvur Medicare agents to support in-branch staff training and member education
  • Customize referral processes and program workflows to match partner preferences and systems
  • Set up tracking for referrals and engagement metrics; report trends to internal teams
  • Partner with internal operations and marketing teams to optimize cross-functional efforts and improve member outcomes
  • Manage the ongoing relationship between Silvur and credit union partners serving as the main point of contact and liason for requests, support, optimization, etc


Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in client onboarding, partner success or account management roles
  • Prior start-up experience required
  • Background in insurance, Medicare, financial services, or B2B2C platform partnerships
  • Prior experience collecting and analyzing data to make data informed decisions
  • Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills. Previous experience working with project management software like Asana. Comfortable using Google Suite, Zoom, Team and other digital communication tools
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and project management skills
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Passion for helping others make informed decisions big life decisions like retirement and healthcare

Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending upon experience.

This role is eligible for incentive with a target of up to $40,000 depending on results.
