Position: Senior Manager, Customer Success and Data Visualization (Remote)

Full-time, United States

As part of the Stay team, BCD’s comprehensive hotel category management approach, you will engage with clients to drive successful data-driven outcomes throughout the customer success lifecycle. You will lead client activations, foster client relationships, and support internal teams to implement and optimize solutions that deliver value for BCD and its clients. Communication and collaboration across departments are essential to improve our hotel solutions suite.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor in hotel category management.
  • Lead customer workshops on topics like spend management, sourcing strategies, booking technologies, and traveler engagement, providing tailored recommendations.
  • Ensure contractual commitments are met, share progress with stakeholders, and create action plans for forecasted shortfalls.
  • Coordinate with various departments on hotel-related solutions development and delivery.
  • Work with program management to ensure configurations deliver successful outcomes.
  • Provide meaningful data insights in collaboration with the Senior Business Analyst.
  • Lead Data Visualization storytelling activities across the organization.
