Shipfusion seeks a highly motivated Client Service Site Manager to join our Customer Success team in Harrisburg, PA. You will report to the VP of Client Success and manage day-to-day client accounts, onboard clients, and coordinate with support and warehouse teams to meet deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client services or project management.
• 2+ years of leading customer-facing teams.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day functions of accounts ranging from medium to high revenue monthly.
• Onboard and educate clients throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide world-class customer support and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with Support, Warehouse, and Sales teams on deliverables and demos.
• Develop and standardize CS processes, playbooks, and reporting.
