Senior Client Success Manager to $150K - Remote role!

Our client, a biotechnology consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee patient engagement programs and manage a portfolio of over 15 accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience and over 8 years of client success or account management experience.

Position Details:

• Location: Boston, MA (Remote)
• Work Model: Remote
• Degree: Preferred
• Responsibilities include managing a book of business throughout the program lifecycle, coaching and developing direct reports, delivering status reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, monitoring program performance, maintaining client data in CRM systems, and more.
• The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, experienced with CRM software like Salesforce, an excellent communicator, operate with integrity, and work well in team environments to solve problems and drive improvements.
