Job summary

Colliers in Orlando, FL is seeking a motivated professional to support top producing brokers with client relationship management, transaction coordination and marketing content creation.

You are detail-oriented, skilled in project coordination, and able to thrive in a fast-paced CRE environment, managing marketing assets, proposals and CRM data while coordinating outreach, travel, and databases to support deal flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in business, marketing, communications, real estate or finance.
• Florida real estate license required.
• 4 years of relevant work experience in real estate, marketing, capital markets or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the transaction process from start to finish, including marketing materials, aerial mapping, client coordination, market data and database management.
• Create property marketing materials including flyers, brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and listing presentations.
• Prepare and distribute broker email campaigns and marketing announcements.
• Coordinate and edit photography, drone shoots, site plans, and other marketing assets.
• Create and format proposals, presentations and aerials using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Manage team workflow and delivery deadlines for materials internally and externally.
• Assist with prospecting by researching expanding retailers, preparing target lists, and coordinating outreach campaigns.
• Occasionally schedule travel for brokers including hotels and airfare.
• Partner with the team on analytical work related to pipeline and deal flow.
• Manage the team’s CRM and keep listings updated across Colliers platforms.

In this role, you will…

• Manage the team’s CRM, ensuring client, prospect, and tenant information is accurate and current.
• Maintain and update listings across Colliers, LoopNet/CoStar, Crexi, and other marketing platforms.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications Real Estate, Finance, or related discipline.
• Valid real estate license in the state of Florida.
• 4 years of work experience in real state, marketing, finance, capital markets, or related industry.
• Experience using AI productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms)
• Intermediate proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively.
